Home to Hill Denson Field at The University of Southern Mississippi, Pete Taylor Park is home to the Golden Eagles during DI Sun Belt Conference play in Hattiesburg. The school has also hosted numerous NCAA regional and super regional tournaments as recent as the 2023 season.
The facility opened in 1984 and has since seated more than a million fans. The stadium features chairback seating for 2,054 fns and bleacher seating for 1,212. Media facilities a a popular right field area known as the "right Field Roost" has parking for 40 vehicles and standing room only seating for another couple thousand fans. A world-class press box capable of handling radio and television broadcasts, multiple concession areas, permanent restroom facilities, and an electronic scoreboard are additional amenities.
The synthetic turf field features expanded sunken dugouts, an automatic underground watering system, french drainage system, specification lighting system, state-of-the-art public address system, four covered batting cages equipped with pitching machines, and covered bullpen mounds.
